Internet Explorer 4.x Settings 1. Double-click My Computer.
2. Double-click Control Panel.
3. Double click the Internet icon on the Control Panel.
4. An Internet Properties window will appear. To set your browsers home page, click into the Address field and enter: http://start.chilitech.net click on Apply then Ok.
5. Check the Connection tab and make sure that Connect to the Internet using a modem is selected. To view the advanced settings of your Internet Connection click the Settings button.
6. The advanced Dial-Up settings.
