Apple Mail 1. Open the Apple Mail program. Click the Mail option and select Preferences... from the menu.
2. Click onto the Accounts button at the top. Select the ChiliTech hosted account on the left menu.
3. Click the and drop down menu for Outgoing mail Server (SMTP) and select Edit SMTP server List...
4. The Edit SMTP Server List window will open.
5. Click onto the Authentication drop down menu and select Password. 6. Enter your full domain username and password for your account and click the OK button.
7. Click the close button in the upper left to return to the main Mail screen.
