Microsoft Entourage E-mail for OS X 1. Click the Tools option and Select Accounts from the drop down Menu.
2. An Accounts menu should appear. Click on the ChiliTech e-mail account and select Edit.
3. An Edit Account window should appear.
4. Click the "Click here for advance receving options" button and the below window should appear. Make sure there are no checks in these options. Click the close box on the upper left corner of of the window. You should return to the Account Settings window.
5. Click the "Advanced sending options." Confirm no options are checked. Click the close box on the upper left corner of of the window. You should return to the Account Settings window.
6. Click the Options tab. Configure the Default Signature or Header with the Message options.
