1. Open Netscape 7.0
2. Click on Window and select Mail & Newsgroups

3. Click on Edit then select Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings

4. Choose the Account Settings

5. Check the Server Settings option

6. Check the Outgoing Server (SMTP) option
