Outlook 2000 Setup and Reconfigure
1. Open the Outlook 2000 program. Click the Tools option
and select Services from the menu.
2. To add an Internet E-mail account, click on Add.
To view an existing accounts properties click the Properties.
2. To add an e-mail account, select Internet E-mail
and click Ok.

3. Enter pop3.chilitech.com as the Mail Account name.
Enter your name, e-mail address under User Information. Click the Servers
tab.

4. Your incoming mail server should be a POP3 server.
The Incoming and Outgoing mail server names will both be pop3.chilitech.com
and smtp.chilitech.com respectively. Be sure your correct login name and
password are listed by Account name and Password. Putting a check by Remember
password will allow you to check your e-mail without having to re-enter
your password. Leave all other options un-checked. Click the Connection
tab along the top.

5. Click the Connection tab, Select connect using my
phone line and Select ChiliTech. Click the Advanced tab.

6. Under Server Port Numbers, Outgoing mail (SMTP) should
be 25. Incoming mail (POP3) should be 110. Under the Sending section,
putting a check next to Break apart messages larger that 60 KB may help
if you are having problems sending large e-mails. Under the Delivery section,
putting a check next to Leave a copy of message on server will allow you
to download your mail into Outlook 2000 and still pull it up in Webmail.
Click the Apply button then click Ok.

7. You will need to restart the Outlook 2000 program
to complete any changes made to Outlook 2000 settings.
