Symptoms

When you click on the Address Book, it will tell you that the Address Book is locked by another application.

Cause

After doing a system restore in Windows XP, you may encounter this error message.

Resolution

Go to www.microsoft.com, IE6, and update to the latest version. You should then get you address book unlocked and be able to view all of your addresses that were in there prior to the restore.
