Symptoms

You open the Outlook Express program and there is no text in your messages, new and old.

Cause

The problem is generally caused by a piece of spyware.

Resolution

The fix this issue, click on Start, then Run and type regsvr32 inetcomm.dll then click ok.

Now you should be able to see the text. However, you are also going to have to download a program called CWShredder which should permanently fix this problem.

More Information

Be sure all updates are performed prior to running the CWShredder program.
