Symptoms

When you open up Incredi-mail, type an email and try to send it, you receive an error message stating that you server cannot be found

Cause

This behavior is caused by having ‘Hang up after send and receive’ checked.

Resolution

Open Incredi-mail and follow the steps below:

1. Click on Tools
2. Options
3. Remove the check from the box ‘Hang up after send and receive.’
