If getting error #691 check to see what the user has checked under allow this connection: for me only, or for anyone who uses this computer-make sure they select for anyone who uses this computer

#720-open properties for connection to chilitech-click on the networking tab-check to see what user has checked in under this connection uses the following items-if Zero Knowledge is checked in, uncheck it-
